WHAT IS LED HEALITE THERAPY?
LED (Light Emitting Diode) Healite Therapy is a non-invasive, pain free treatment that is clinically proven to repair the skin at a cellular level and increase collagen and elastin production. This technology was originally developed by scientists who were figuring out how astronauts could grow plants in space. LED light therapy has a growth effect on all essential living cells. It has also been used by Navy SEALs to accelerate wound healing.
In a treatment, the client lays underneath LED lamps wearing goggles to protect their eyes. The lamps are set to the correct wavelength to address the client’s specific skin concerns, and then just relax for 30 minutes while the light therapy does its work. There is no pain or downtime. You may feel a little warmth from the LED lamps, that’s all.
CUSTOMISED TREATMENTS WITH DIFFERENT WAVELENGTHS TO TARGET SPECIFIC SKIN CONCERNS:
830NM wavelength (yellow light therapy benefits):
- Promotes wound healing & pain relief
- Promotes general skin rejuvenation
- Improves appearance of scars
- Accelerates post-treatment recovery
633 wavelength (red light therapy benefits):
- Skin rejuvenation
- Improves acne
415NM wavelength (blue light therapy benefits):
- Kills bacteria in active acne
- Reduces inflammation
LED Healite Therapy is also effective at treating skin conditions such as psoriasis, rosacea and dermatitis. This is because there is no physical impact to the skin that might upset these extra sensitive skin types. Instead, using non-invasive light therapy to promote the skin’s own natural healing response.
